Design Thinking is a problem-solving method used all over the world. It is an approach focused on the user and his needs and helps create the most effective solutions – from his perspective. During the training, participants:
- learn the concept of Design Thinking and the scope of its application,
- learn the 5 stages of Design Thinking,
- they will try tools to empathize with the user, i.e. a way to get to know him better,
- they will learn to explore the needs of users and describe them as personas,
- learn how to creatively generate innovative ideas that solve user problems,
- they will try prototyping tools that allow them to verify the validity of ideas,
- they will have the opportunity to test and draw conclusions to improve their ideas.
