For me, a mentoring session is always a great time to return to experiences and memories, especially since I spent some time in each of the above-mentioned roles and I always put my whole heart into them.

For over 17 years, I have been collecting knowledge and experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, performing various leadership positions – from project manager, head of Scrum Masters, manager of development departments, to head of Agile Coaches. I was responsible for many transformations and organizational changes (including Allegro, PayU, William Hill, GlaxoSmithKline, Hargreaves Lansdown).

Thanks to this, I can now use these experiences and share them with you to help you start in a new role or support you with knowledge and ideas. Of course, you decide on the direction and scope of the help I can offer you.

Why is it worth taking advantage of mentoring sessions with me?

Practical experience: I have many years of experience working in an Agile environment in various roles: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach and manager. I worked at the level of individual teams, but I also participated in many organizational changes and large-scale transformations (in e-commerce at the level of: 11 and 26 teams, and in FinTech at the level of: 11, 16, 43 and 53 teams).

Individual approach: Each of you has unique challenges and goals. During the session, I adapt the scope of mentoring to your needs, helping you solve specific problems. Together we will work on improving your knowledge and also your skills in the area you indicate.

Experience in mentoring sessions: I have been conducting mentoring sessions since 2015. I believe that mentoring is a relationship in which both parties benefit, which is why, in addition to private sessions, I take part in publicly available mentoring programs. So far, I have had the pleasure of being a mentor in the following programs:

Career development support: I offer not only practical tips on agile management practices, but also help in building your strong professional position as a Team Leader, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Product Owner.

What will mentoring look like?

This may be one session or a series of meetings. It all depends on your needs. One session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes – depending on the topic and your requirements. I invite you to meet online or in person in Poznań, occasionally in Warsaw.
