Privacy policy and use of cookies by Agile Studio

The described policy applies to all websites and websites, including those for mobile devices, provided by Agile Studio.

1. Scope of collected data

To offer better services to all users, we collect a variety of information, including storing HTTP requests directed to our servers.

We store the following information:

  • public IP address and name of the computer from which you are sending the query
  • username provided during the authorization process
  • query arrival time
  • first line of http request
  • http response code
  • the number of bytes sent by the server
  • information about the user’s browser

We do not associate this data with specific people browsing Agile Studio websites and do not use it for user profiling. We only use them for statistical purposes to find out: which pages are visited most often, what web browsers are used, whether the page structure does not contain errors (the page was displayed correctly). 

2. Archiving period

Logs are stored for no longer than 5 years. Only authorized Agile Studio Administrators have access to this information. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the server.

3. Cookies mechanism on websites

We use “persistent” and “session” cookies. “Permanent” cookies remain in the device’s web browser until they are deleted by the user or until a predetermined time specified in the cookie parameters. “Session” cookies remain in the browser until you turn it off or log out of the website on which they were placed.

The Cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about website users or track their navigation. Cookies used on Agile Studio websites do not store any personal data or other information collected from users.

Agile Studio respects everyone’s right to control the processing of data concerning him contained in data files, and in particular the right to obtain information regarding the processing of personal data relating to the user.

If you provide us with your personal data, you can also verify, modify and delete it. If you do not want us to further process your personal data, we will take your objection into account. All you need to do is write us a letter explaining what you expect/demand.

6. Prohibition on sending advertising information

The use of our contact details (provided as part of the company’s data publication obligation) to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is prohibited. The website operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of sending unsolicited advertising information, e.g. spam.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to update and supplement the content of this privacy policy. Updates and additions are published on our website. Changes are effective from the moment they are published on the website. Therefore, we encourage you to check the content on the website regularly for updates and additions made in the meantime.

8. Links to other sites

Agile Studio websites contain links to external websites. Agile Studio is not responsible for the privacy and data processing policies applicable on these websites. This privacy policy applies only to websites provided by Agile Studio.
