There is a situation in the life of every manager when he would like to spend time with his team to build teamwork or refresh it – in the case of, for example, many changes in the team composition. This workshop responds to this need of the manager and is individually designed in cooperation with him. The aim of the workshop may be:
- building or revising the team's vision and goals,
- building or revising the values that the team wants to follow,
- strengthening teamwork through the experience of teamwork and understanding its advantages over the work of an individual,
- improving methods and organization of team work,
- joint development of metrics and an action plan for the next period of the team's work.
The acquired knowledge will be used internally by team managers in working with their subordinates and by participants – team members – in further effective work.
