Effective work of teams, especially in the era of remote work, requires the use of IT tools supporting visualization, interaction of team members and effective planning and management of work. Jira, Confluence and Miro are tools used for interaction and effective management of team work. During the training, participants:
- learn what each tool can be used for,
- they will try how Jira, Confluence and Miro can work together,
- learn how to visualize and manage team work using Jira and Confluence,
- learn how Miro supports interactions and problem solving,
- learn examples of how each tool can be used in practice,
- they will design a work management model based on Jira, Confluence and Miro.
