Working with requirements in an agile approach
Effective work with requirements in an agile approach means skillfully describing them, dividing them, planning them, and then observing the course of their implementation. This is a complex area, and knowing how to navigate it efficiently will ensure the success of every person responsible for working with requirements, e.g. a Product Owner, a business analyst, or an Agile Coach whose task is to support the team in better planning their work. . During the training, participants:
- learn the basics of effective communication of requirements,
- they will learn to look for business value using user story mapping,
- they will learn how to manage the scope of requirements (so-called "slicing"),
- analyze the hierarchy of tasks in the backlog (Epic, User story, Task),
- they will learn how to work with non-functional requirements,
- they will learn how to work with technical debt,
- they will learn how to use the INVEST method,
- will explore ways of working with "spic", "PoC", "MVP".
