Yesterday and today, I had the enormous pleasure of participating in a Management 3.0 trainers' retreat in the beautiful city of Leiden, Netherlands. Facilitators from the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and even Brazil came together. (The last retreat was organized in Berlin.)
I am truly grateful for the time spent with other trainers for many reasons, but mainly for the opportunity to learn and be inspired by each other. We talked and discussed many topics, such as:
