How to work in Scrum
process introduction and simulation
Scrum is a framework for a team to solve complex problems. In Scrum, we divide work into small pieces that are delivered within fixed time units, the so-called Sprints. This approach comes from IT, but can be successfully used outside this domain, e.g. in HR and Sales teams. During the training, participants:
- learn the values, pillars and artifacts of the Scrum approach,
- analyze the differences in Scrum roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developers,
- learn the difference between iteration and increment,
- learn to use the definition of completion,
- they will experience how Scrum works in practice during a Scrum work simulation.
