Product Owner's work tools
The role of the Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. As a member of this Team, the Product Owner provides the team with clarity about the vision and purpose of the product. He is also responsible for setting priorities to ensure value for all stakeholders. The Product Owner’s competences are therefore crucial for the development of products as well as the effective work of the team, and this is what we will talk about during this training. During the training, participants:
- they will recall the key areas of competence of the Product Owner,
- will learn how to identify and manage their work with stakeholders,
- try tools for collecting information in the Discovery phase and building a vision of your product,
- they will learn techniques for effective prioritization of requirements and the contexts of their application,
- they will learn how to plan work at the raodmap level,
- discuss their role in the product implementation/delivery phase by the Team and the principles of effective work with the Scrum Team,
- learn how to measure backlog maturity,
- will explore cooperation strategies and collecting customer feedback,
- analyze the most common anti-patterns in Scrum and strategies for overcoming them,
- they will receive a proprietary tool for self-evaluation of their competences and will build a plan for their further development based on it.
