Scrum Master's work tools
The role of the Scrum Master is to implement a working Scrum process. The Scrum Master fulfills this role by helping everyone understand the theory and practice of Scrum, both within their team and the organization. However, a Scrum Master is much more than that. The role of a Scrum Master has many layers and aspects, and these are what we will talk about during this training. During the training, participants:
- they will recall the basics of self-organization and self-management in Scrum,
- discuss the differences in the roles of a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and professional coach (according to ICF),
- learn tools for team development,
- learn tools for dealing with conflict,
- they will learn how to effectively support the Product Owner,
- learn how they can work at the organizational level to support its agility,
- analyze the most common anti-patterns in Scrum and strategies for overcoming them,
- discuss their biggest challenges and find ways to work with them,
- they will receive a proprietary tool for self-evaluation of their competences,
- and will build a plan for their further development based on them.
