For over 17 years, I’ve gained experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, holding leadership positions from project manager to head of Agile Coaches. I’ve driven transformations and organizational changes at companies like Allegro, PayU, William Hill, GlaxoSmithKline, and Hargreaves Lansdown.

What will mentoring look like?

This may be a one-time session or a series of meetings. It all depends on your needs. One session lasts from 60 to 90 minutes – depending on the topic and your requirements. I invite you to meet online or in person in Poznań, or, on occasion, in Warsaw.

What is the cost of a mentoring session?

The cost of one session is 600 zł net. In the case of a series of meetings, we can discuss a discounted rate.
