What is Management 3.0?

Management 3.0 is a way of managing an organization in which leaders create the best working environment for their employees, giving them space for development, independent decision-making and creative problem solving. This approach to management (called agile) serves to increase employee satisfaction and motivation, and thus better organize their work and achieve the organization’s goals.

DWho is the Management 3.0 Foundation training for?

The training is aimed at:

Organization management staff,

HR/People team members,

Members of the Learning&Development teams,

Leaders and managers of departments and teams, also from outside IT, e.g. sales, marketing,

Change agents, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters,

Product Owners who want to cooperate effectively with their teams.

Participation in the training does not require knowledge or prior certification. This is the first basic training in Management 3.0.

What will you gain by taking part in the Management 3.0 Foundation training?

classes with a trainer who is a Management 3.0 practitioner, who has been collecting knowledge and experience in Polish organizations and British corporations for over 17 years, performing various leadership functions - from project manager, head of the Scrum Masters department, manager of development departments, to the head of Agile Coaches,

an engaging training formula based on the Kolb cycle, in which we experiment and experience to better integrate newly acquired knowledge,

a space for discussion and exchange of experiences in a small (6-12 people) training group consisting of other leaders (which is an advantage of the training appreciated by the participants),

official certificate of completion of Management 3.0 Foundation training,,

lifetime access to the Miro board containing accredited Management 3.0 training materials and conclusions and notes developed during the training,

an Agile Studio welcome pack sent to your home address to make your training experience even more complete. The package includes:

Training program

During the training, participants:

learn the foundations of Management 3.0,

will learn how Management 3.0 differs from other management concepts,

analyze the desired behaviors of an agile leader,

become familiar with the concept of motivation in accordance with Management 3.0,

they will try a set of necessary tools and practices to be used by an agile manager in their daily work.

Organization of Management 3.0 Foundation training

Management 3.0 Foundation training is organized remotely using the Ms Teams platform and the Miro board. The training lasts 2 days, 8 hours each (including breaks).

Schedule

The detailed training schedule is each time agreed with the participants. Most often it looks like this:

09:00 – 12:30
online session (plus short breaks)

12:30 – 13:30
lunch break

13:30 – 17:00
online session (plus short breaks)

Profile of an Agile Studio trainer

Luiza - mentor and trainer of agile teams, leaders and managers

I have been involved in IT for over 17 years. I gathered my knowledge and experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, performing various leadership positions – from project manager, head of Scrum Masters, manager of development departments, to head of Agile Coaches.

I was responsible for many transformations and organizational changes (including Allegro, PayU, William Hill, GlaxoSmithKline). Thanks to these experiences, I learned how to create and support the building of an environment that serves the development of teams and individuals, allows them to grow, achieve success and increase the satisfaction of their customers. I learned how to be a leader in difficult and changing conditions.

At Agile Studio, I act as a mentor and trainer for our clients’ management, teams and leaders, especially in the field of Lean, Agile, HR and personal development best practices. I am also a lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology IT Business Management AGH.
