Leading Through Change
Change is the only constant in life. A well-implemented change creates a competitive advantage for almost every organization. Therefore, knowledge about change seems to be invaluable for every organization. However, research shows that approximately 75% of changes in organizations are poorly implemented and do not bring the expected results. Responding quickly to changes and managing people involved in this change is a basic skill of every leader. Hence the need for Agile Change Leadership training, because it helps to understand the change process, provides knowledge about change management models and methods, as well as good practices related to the effective implementation of changes.
Agile Change Leadership is one of many training courses within Management 3.0 – a way of managing an organization in which leaders create the best working environment for their employees.
Classes led by a seasoned Management 3.0 practitioner with over 17 years of experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, who has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
