What is Agile Change Leadership training?


Change is the only constant in life. A well-implemented change creates a competitive advantage for almost every organization. Therefore, knowledge about change seems to be invaluable for every organization. However, research shows that approximately 75% of changes in organizations are poorly implemented and do not bring the expected results. Responding quickly to changes and managing people involved in this change is a basic skill of every leader. Hence the need for Agile Change Leadership training, because it helps to understand the change process, provides knowledge about change management models and methods, as well as good practices related to the effective implementation of changes.

Agile Change Leadership is one of many training courses within Management 3.0 – a way of managing an organization in which leaders create the best working environment for their employees.

NOTE: To participate in this training and obtain a certificate under the Management 3.0 development path, one of the following prerequisites must be met:

What will you gain by taking part in Agile Change Leadership training?

Classes led by a seasoned Management 3.0 practitioner with over 17 years of experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, who has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

An engaging training formula built on the Kolb cycle, fostering experiential learning through experimentation and reflection, leading to the effective integration of newly acquired knowledge.

One of the most appreciated aspects of this training program is the opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of experiences in a small group setting (6-12 people). This allows participants, all leaders themselves, to learn from each other's perspectives and challenges.

Official certificate of completion of Agile Change Leadership training,

Lifetime access to the Miro board containing accredited Management 3.0 training materials and conclusions and notes developed during the training.

Training program

During the training, participants:

learn how the change process works and what its stages are,

they will learn what emotions accompany employees during change and how to deal with them,

discuss what a leader should do and what to avoid to help people accept change,

analyze how to deal with different types of employee behavior,

learn different change management models,

they will apply in practice Celebration Grid,

they will build their own plan for implementing and managing the change process using cards Change Management Game and Experiment Hypothesis, so that the change is understood and supported by employees.

Organization of Agile Change Leadership training

Agile Change Leadership training is organized remotely using the Ms Teams platform and the Miro board. The training lasts 2 days, 4 hours each (including short breaks).

Schedule

The training is conducted in the afternoon. The detailed training schedule is each time agreed with the participants. Most often, for one day it looks like this:

I actively share my knowledge at conferences and events, fostering a sense of community and growth. This extends to academia, as I am also an  IT Business Management AGH lecturer, furthering the reach of my expertise and contributing to the learning community.
