This course helps you understand how to create the right conditions to motivate and engage people, how to manage their talents, and how to recruit the best talent.
Agile Team Leadership
This course helps you understand how to lead agile teams with the goal of developing their self-organization and work efficiency, including how to ensure effective communication, provide feedback, and establish effective work practices.
Management 3.0 is a way of managing an organization in which leaders create the best working environment for their employees, giving them space for development, independent decision-making and creative problem solving.
The training is aimed at:
Classes led by a seasoned Management 3.0 practitioner with over 17 years of experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, who has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
An engaging training formula built on the Kolb cycle, fostering experiential learning through experimentation and reflection, leading to the effective integration of newly acquired knowledge.
One of the most appreciated aspects of this training program is the opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of experiences in a small group setting (6-12 people). This allows participants, all leaders themselves, to learn from each other's perspectives and challenges.
