I have been involved in IT for over 17 years. I gathered my knowledge and experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, performing various leadership positions – from project manager, head of Scrum Masters, manager of development departments, to head of Agile Coaches.
I was responsible for many transformations and organizational changes (including Allegro, PayU, William Hill, GlaxoSmithKline). Thanks to these experiences, I learned how to create and support the building of an environment that serves the development of teams and individuals, allows them to grow, achieve success and increase the satisfaction of their customers. I learned how to be a leader in difficult and changing conditions.
At Agile Studio, I act as a mentor and trainer for our clients’ management, teams and leaders, especially in the field of Lean, Agile, HR and personal development best practices. I am also a lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology IT Business Management AGH.
