What is OKR Framework training?

 

OKR is a management method that helps ensure that the entire company is focusing its activities on the same important group of issues.Proper application of this concept allows you to build transparent organizational goals, allows you to set priorities and minimizes the risk of conflict or duplication of organizational goals. 

Objectives and Key Results (OKR) method: Precise management of the organization’s strategy and goals,  is one of many training courses within Management 3.0 – a method of managing an organization in which leaders create the best working environment for their employees.

Classes led by a seasoned Management 3.0 practitioner with over 17 years of experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, who has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

An engaging training formula built on the Kolb cycle, fostering experiential learning through experimentation and reflection, leading to the effective integration of newly acquired knowledge.

One of the most appreciated aspects of this training program is the opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of experiences in a small group setting (6-12 people). This allows participants, all leaders themselves, to learn from each other's perspectives and challenges.

Training program on OKR

During the training, participants:

learn the concept of OKR,

they will learn to construct Goals and Key Results according to various approaches,

will learn how to design an OKR system in their organization,

they will learn the results monitoring cycle embedded in the OKR concept, which will allow their organizations to quickly adapt to changes and adapt the scope of their activities,

they will build their OKRs,

learn about IT tools supporting the use of OKRs.

Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Method training: Precise management of the organization’s strategy and goals is organized remotely using the Ms Teams platform and the Miro board. The training lasts 2 days, 4 hours each (including short breaks).

Schedule

The training is conducted in the afternoon. The detailed training schedule is each time agreed with the participants. Most often, for one day it looks like this:

This extends to academia, as I am also an  IT Business Management AGH lecturer, furthering the reach of my expertise and contributing to the learning community.
