An introduction to agile leadership
Management 3.0 focuses on creating an optimal work environment where leaders empower employees through development, independent decision-making, and creative problem-solving. By using agile principles, Management 3.0 aims to increase employee satisfaction and motivation, leading to better organized work and achievement of organizational goals.
Participation in the training does not require knowledge or prior certification. This is the first basic training in Management 3.0.
Classes led by a seasoned Management 3.0 practitioner with over 17 years of experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, who has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

One of the most appreciated aspects of this training program is the opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of experiences in a small group setting (6-12 people). This allows participants, all leaders themselves, to learn from each other's perspectives and challenges.
