What is Management 3.0?

Management 3.0 focuses on creating an optimal work environment where leaders empower employees through development, independent decision-making, and creative problem-solving. By using agile principles, Management 3.0 aims to increase employee satisfaction and motivation, leading to better organized work and achievement of organizational goals.

Participation in the training does not require knowledge or prior certification. This is the first basic training in Management 3.0. 

What can you expect during Foundation Workshop?

Classes led by a seasoned Management 3.0 practitioner with over 17 years of experience in Polish organizations and British corporations, who has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, having served as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

An engaging training formula built on the Kolb cycle, fostering experiential learning through experimentation and reflection, leading to the effective integration of newly acquired knowledge.

One of the most appreciated aspects of this training program is the opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of experiences in a small group setting (6-12 people). This allows participants, all leaders themselves, to learn from each other's perspectives and challenges.

Organization of Management 3.0 Foundation Training

Management 3.0 Foundation training is organized remotely using the Microsoft Teams platform and the Miro board. The training lasts 2 days, 8 hours each (including breaks).

Schedule

The detailed training schedule is agreed upon with the participants on a case-by-case basis. It typically consists of:

09:00 – 12:30
online session (plus short breaks)

12:30 – 13:30
lunch break

13:30 – 17:00
online session (plus short breaks)

Bringing over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, I have a demonstrated ability to deliver results by leading teams and driving positive change across Polish and British corporations. I have held various leadership positions, including project manager, head of Scrum Masters, software department manager, and head of Agile Coaches.
 
I’ve spearheaded numerous transformations and organisational changes in these roles at companies like Allegro, PayU, William Hill, GlaxoSmithKline, and Hargreaves Lansdown. Through these experiences, I’ve cultivated environments that promote team and individual growth, prioritising customer satisfaction. I have also honed my leadership skills in challenging situations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within high-performing teams.
 
As a certified ICF coach, Design Thinking moderator, OKRs coach, and licensed Management 3.0 trainer, I don’t just deliver workshops and training. I actively share my knowledge at conferences and events, fostering a sense of community and growth. This extends to academia, as I am also an  IT Business Management AGH lecturer, furthering the reach of my expertise and contributing to the learning community.
